I met Chris a year ago. What impress me was how he prepare his material for me. Few things he did that I decided to keep him. I was a buyer that was looking for a house as my investment. He would send me the property list that was close to what I want and saved me a lot of time to search around. He gave me a booklet to tell me what to look for and when we went to see properties, he would check the property for things that might not be good or not suitable for me and would give me recommendations. He would not force me to go into deals but rather would tell me not to go into deals if he sensed it was not for me. He is patient and a nice man. He looked around with me for a property for 1 year before we nailed it down. After I found my property, he would send me list to do before closing and help me to find things or connections to what I want for the property.

First time I've used Chris, but it will NOT be the last! He was great on both purchase and sale, ensuring I only paid market value, and then got me full market value, quickly, on the sale. Awesome!
