Timing, connections and experience come together to relieve you of having to figure out what to do and who to get to do it. It's taken years for us to assemble the perfect team to deliver our Five Rings Method.
Our administration team keeps everything on track and stress free. You will know we're on track because we're expert communicators. Whatever's happening, you'll know about it, you just won't have to do it.
Handyman Work and Small Repairs. Our go-to man Rhys is an excellent professional who we trust for any kind of small repairs such as changing doors, door knobs, adding missing or broken floor tiles / wood pieces, and smaller paint jobs. Rhys has been so great our clients have been hiring him to help out at their new place, assembling furniture or shovelling snow.
Larger Repairs and Renovations. One of the biggest bottle necks to preparing a home is getting larger work scheduled and finished before listing. This is why we've partnered with Andrew at Duncan's Contracting. Andrew's able to get us booked up and get the work done on short notice. The work he's done for us in the past has been of the highest quality. This is why we've kept such a close relationship. A quality contractor is gold! We love that he's on our team and serves our clients so well. Worth his weight in gold! Don't tell him that...we also really love his pricing!
Painting Interior Walls. The #1 best return on investment when selling your home is paint and repairing wall blemishes. Our painting crew works exclusively with Duncan's Contracting. So like Andrew, they're on call and can work on short notice. Consistent with all our team, the work is top quality, we wouldn't have it any other way.
Professional Home Cleaning. Cleaning is essential. We trust Claus and his crew at Nordic Cleaning for all our cleaning needs. If it's cleaning up after a renovation or just making sure the whole house sparkles the overall impression of a perfectly clean house goes a long way to wowing every potential buyer who walks into the home.
Professional Window Cleaning. One part of the cleaning process that we focus extra attention on are the windows. Having clean windows ensures that the most light possible makes its way into the home. This improves the quality of our photos but it also improves the overall feeling buyers will have. We also want to make sure that only the most qualified professionals are working with a potentially fragile part of the home. We definitely don't want to add to the list of items that need fixing or replacement.
Maximizing Curb Appeal. Many Buyers will have decided if they like your home before they ever step foot inside. This is why we focus on curb appeal as much as we can. We will go so far as to plant gardens, paint porches and we definitely bring the staging to the outdoors whenever possible. Creating that feeling of home and pride of ownership starts with that first look.
Professional Staging. It took us years to find the magnificent Jen. Jen is our exclusive staging professional. What we love so much about Jen is her ability to work with what our clients have in the home. She's able to accessorize, edit and transform whole homes so they're a reflection of perfection. She does all this without making the house feel over-staged. Our staged homes reflect how we all wish we would live.
A pre-listing home inspection. Our Inspector Aaron works with Pillar To Post, a highly reputable inspection firm with stringent inspection protocols. Why does this matter to you? We want to make sure all offers are firm so we remove the questions before they get asked. This is why we have Aaron come for his inspection as soon as possible. This allows us to fix any smaller issues that might exist so they can be taken out of the inspection report. We want to know everything.

If you're selling a condo, we pre order the status certificate. This allows buyers to come with firm offers because they know what they're buying.

Moving and Storage. Often, a part of preparing your home will require moving some items out of the house. If the items are never to return, we offer options of either disposal (landfull) or we can also arrange donation to the Furniture Bank.

If the items need to be kept for the next home out team of movers are able to move and store your items. We've found they're priced better than PODS and come with a bunch of strong backs to help carry the items. Bryan and his team have helped most of our clients move. I've personally used them for my own move, they're the best!
Lawyers. Over the last couple years a lot has changed, including how real estate lawyers are accessed. The problem is, many lawyers didn't get the memo. This is why we've partnered with DEEDED.
